Why is this important?

Bridging Brighter Smiles provides quality preventative dental care for students 4K-12^th grade. Treatment is performed in schools, during the school day throughout the school year. Services include oral screening, dental cleaning, fluoride varnish, dental sealants, dental health education, and referral assistance. Preventative care through Bridging Brighter Smiles is covered for students with the Forward Health (BadgerCare) Card. Private or no dental insurance participants can receive preventative care based on a sliding fee scale. All participants must have parental/legal guardian consent forms signed in order to receive services.
